Davis Polk Partner

A partner in the litigation department of New York’s Davis Polk law firm, Brian Stryker Weinstein has more than two decades of experience in complex commercial and securities litigation. Representing both domestic and international clients, he focuses on civil litigation as well as internal investigations, regulatory enforcement, and white collar criminal defense matters. Brian Stryker Weinstein holds a summa cum laude bachelor of arts in English and history from Duke University and a juris doctor from Yale Law School.
Since joining Davis Polk, Mr. Weinstein has represented high-profile clients such as BT Group, E*TRADE, the New York Mets, and JPMorgan Chase. His achievements include a dismissal of claims seeking more than $1 billion in damages sought against Morgan Stanley and a dismissal of all claims against BT Group in a class-action securities fraud lawsuit.
A former member of the board of directors with the National Center for Law and Economic Justice, Mr. Weinstein maintains membership in the Duke Alumni Association. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling.
